The perusal of the complaint shows that it was filed by Complainant against OP, after making booking with it, and he alleged unjustified demands and threat of re-location of plot. However, order sheet dated 16.07.12, shows that OP is exparte, and complainant has admitted that sale deed has been executed by OP. In view of this there is no cause for change of location of plot.

In our considered view, the complaint has become infructous and is dismissed.

File be consigned to record room.

Copy of the order be sent to the parties free of cost.
