Present : Sh.Balwinder Singh, complainant in person

Sh. Yogesh Sharma, Adv.counsel for the opposite party No.1

Sh.Yogesh Sharma, Adv.appeared on behalf of the opposite party No.2 and filed power of attorney. Sh.Manjit Singh, Service Engineer, Doaba Automobiles also appeared and recorded his statement that he has been instructed by Doaba Automobiles to repair the motorcycle of the complainant if he is ready to get it repaired without any cost. In view of the above statement, Sh.Balwinder Singh, complainant recorded his statement that he is ready to get the motorcycle repaired in his presence to his satisfaction. Consequently, instant complaint is disposed of with directions to the complainant to approach the opposite party No.1 for the repair of his motorcycle and the opposite party No.1 is directed to repair the motorcycle of the complainant in his presence to his satisfaction free of costs. Copy of the order be furnished to the parties free of costs. File is ordered to be consigned to the record room.
