The record is placed before this Lok Adalat held on 11.12.2021 in the main room of this Commission.

On perusing only the complainant is found present in person. None appears for OP.

The Ld. Advocate of the complainant is heard the submit that the claim of the complainant has already been satisfied and he is not interested to proceed further with this case.

The material on record appear to be consistent with such submission of the Ld. Advocate.

Since the main dispute has been otherwise settled there is no need to drag this case.

Hence it is ordered –

      That the case be and the same is disposed of as withdrawn.
