Present:-

Adv. Sh. Jai Gupta, counsel for Complainant.

During the course of the admission it is transpired that the case pertains to Parliament Street, New Delhi 110001, branch of the OP, hence, the same does not fall under territorial jurisdiction of this Commission.

Adv. Sh. Jai Gupta, counsel for complainant wants to withdraw the present complaint on the ground of territorial jurisdiction with liberty to file the same as per law. Heard. Allowed.

In view of the above submission made on behalf of Complainant, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file the same as per law in the appropriate Commission. Office is directed to return the complaint along with all the documents after retaining the copy of same for records.
