Counsel for complainant Sh. Ajay Bidhuri.

Arguments advanced on admission. The office of the OP is situated at Sansad Marg which is under the Police Station, Parliament Street which does not fall within the Territorial Jurisdiction of this Commission.

At this stage, the counsel for the complainant  wants to withdraw the present complaint on the ground of territorial jurisdiction with liberty to file the same as per law. Heard. Allowed.

In view of the above submission made by counsel for the complainant, the present complaint is disposed off as withdrawn with liberty to file the same before appropriate Commission as per law. Office is directed to return the complaint along with all the documents after retaining the copy of same for records.
