This consumer complaint coming up before us on 10.08.2023                                                             for reporting settlement and this Commission made the following Order in open court:

Both present.

 

Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, it is represented by the Counsel for complainants that the matter has been amicably settled between the parties and a Memo of withdrawal has been filed by the complainants to that effect.  In the Memo of withdrawal it has been stated that the complainants have received a sum of Rs.6,00,000/- by way of Demand Draft bearing No.562127 drawn on ICICI Bank, Nungambakkam, Chennai dt.03.08.2023 towards full and final settlement.  Thus, they sought permission of this Commission to withdraw the present Consumer Complaint.

 

Perused.

 

Recording the Memo, this Consumer Complaint is disposed off.  The Memo of withdrawal shall form part of the order.   No costs.
