This consumer complaint coming up before us on 10.08.2023                                                             for reporting settlement and this Commission made the following Order in open court:

Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, it is represented by the Counsel for complainant that the matter has been amicably settled between the parties and a Memo of withdrawal has been filed by the complainant to that effect.  In the Memo of withdrawal it has been stated that the complainant has received a sum of Rs.6,00,000/- by way of Demand Draft bearing No.562124 drawn on ICICI Bank, Nungambakkam, Chennai dt.03.08.2023 towards full and final settlement.  Thus, he sought permission of this Commission to withdraw the present Consumer Complaint.

 

Perused.

 

Recording the Memo, this Consumer Complaint is disposed off.  The Memo of withdrawal shall form part of the order.   No costs.
