In pursuance of the order no. 09 dated 12.03.2022 passed by the Ld. Lok Adalat, Ops are submitting one Demand Draft in favour of the Complainant  namely Mr. Udoy Sankar Das to the tune of Rs. 1,50,000/- drawn on SBI, Salt Lake Electronics Complex Branch bearing no. 008412 dated 12.04.2022. Neither the Complainant nor his Ld. Advocate is present. Hence the DD be handed over to the appropriate authority of this Ld. Commission i.e. Registrar-in-Charge of this Ld. Commission and also be kept under his custody until and unless it is demanded/claimed by the complainant namely Udoy Sankar Das by producing cogent identity along with its photocopy.  

It is pertinent to mentioned that at the time of receipt of the DD the complainant shall put his signature on the margin of this order.

In view of the abovementioned order the Consumer complaint being no. CC 2016/2019 is hereby disposed of on full and final satisfaction.  

Let plain copy be given to the parties, free of cost, as per CPR.
