Ld. Counsel for the OPs is present.

In pursuance of the order no. 04 dated 12.03.2022 passed by the Ld. Lok Adalat, Ops are submitting one Demand Draft in favour of the Complainant  namely Mrs. Ranjita Samanta wife of Mr. Kaustav Samanta to the tune of Rs. 1,90,054/- drawn on SBI, Salt Lake Electronics Complex Branch bearing no. 008410 dated 12.04.2022. The DD be handed over to the appropriate authority of this Ld. Commission i.e. Registrar-in-Charge of this Ld. Commission.

Today Ms. Ranjita Samanta is not present before us, but her Husband Mr. Kaustav Samanta is present in person along with an authorization letter issued by his wife in his favour. Letter of authority has filed along with corroborating evidence i.e. copy of the Marriage Certificate, copy of the Aadhar card etc. Mr. Kaustav Samanta, husband of the Complainant has also filed the copy of the Aadhar card. Let it be kept in the record.

From the petition of complaint it is evident to us that the Complaint was filed by Smt. Ranjita Samanta wife of Mr. Kaustav Samanta.

The Registrar-in-charge of this Ld. Commission is hereby directed to hand over the DD to  Mr. Kaustav Samanta, wife of Ms. Ranjita Samanta and at the time of handing over the same Mr. Kaustav Samanta shall put his signature along with date on the margin of this order.

Be it mentioned that Mr. Kaustav Samanta shall also submit the original photo identity along with its photocopy before the Registrar-in-charge of this Ld. Commission.  

In view of the abovementioned order the Consumer complaint being no. CC 191/2021 is hereby disposed of on full and final satisfaction.  

Let plain copy be given to the parties, free of cost, as per CPR.
