| Final Order / Judgement | Ld. Counsel for the OPs is present. In pursuance of the order no. 12 dated 12.03.2022 passed by the Ld. Lok Adalat, Ops are submitting one Demand Draft in favour of the Complainant namely Mrs. Mou Roy to the tune of Rs. 3,31,000/- drawn on SBI, Salt Lake Electronics Complex Branch bearing no. 008409 dated 12.04.2022. The DD be handed over to the appropriate authority of this Ld. Commission i.e. Registrar-in-Charge of this Ld. Commission. Be it mentioned that in the order no. 12 dated 12.03.2022 it was mentioned that this complaint was filed by Mr. Avijit Saha, said to be the Power of Attorney holder of the Complainant. No such Power of Attorney was filed at the time of filing this complaint. Today Mr. by Mr. Avijit Saha, said to be the Power of Attorney holder of the Complainant has produced the original notarial certificate of the Power of Attoney which was executed in his favour by the Complainant along with its photocopy. The Registrar-in-charge of this Ld. Commission is hereby directed to hand over the DD to Mr. Avijit Saha, said to be the Power of Attorney holder of the Complainant, after comparing the original notarial certificate with the photocopy of the same. It is pertinent to mention that at the time of handing over the said DD, by Mr. Avijit Saha, said to be the Power of Attorney holder of the Complainant shall put his signature along with date on the margin of this order and also produce his original photo identity along with its photocopy. In view of the abovementioned order the Consumer complaint being no. CC 162/2019 is hereby disposed of on full and final satisfaction.
