Final Order / Judgement

The record has come on transfer from Ld. Barasat Commission to this Commission. Mr. P.K. Giri Ld. Advocate appears for the complainant and files an application for substitution of the legal heirs of the complainant on the ground that the complainant has passed away. The copy of death certificate of the complainant has been filed.

The Ld. Advocate prays for substitution of the son of the complainant as there is no other legal heirs. Copy of the application has been served upon the other side.

As such the petition is registered as MA/17/2022.

After having heard the Ld. Advocate and perusing the petition and material available on record we find that the applicant namely Debasish Chakraborty who is the son of the complainant is only legal heirs of the original complainant who has already passed away.

The application for substitution as such stands allowed.

The Ld. Advocate of the complainant is directed to file amended copy of complaint by 02.05.2022.

The MA being No. 17/2022 is thus disposed of.

Let plain copy be given to the parties free of cost as per CPR.
