ORDER

The above complaints are allowed.  Opposite Parties i.e., Ms. Country Club India Limited represented by its Manager is hereby directed to refund the amount of Rs.1,25,000/- (Rupees one lakh and twenty five thousand only) to the Complainant in complaint No.17/2010 and Rs.45,000/- (Rupees forty five thousand only) to the Complainant in complaint No.18/2010 along with interest at 12% p.a. from the date of receipt of the amount till the date of realization and also pay Rs.1,000/- (Rupees one thousand only) each to the Complainants as cost of the litigation expenses.  Payment shall be made within 30 days from the date of this order.

The copy of this order as per the statutory requirements be forwarded to the parties free of charge and therefore the file be consigned to record.
