The record is put up today on the strength of an advance petition filed by the learned counsel of the complainant. The complainant has filed a memo with prayer to drop the case as withdrawn on the grounds stated that the dispute has been settled by him and the OPs outside the forum. The OP’s counsel has given consent to it on the memo. Heard. Since the matter has been settled and the complainant does not want to proceed in the case any more, the prayer of the petitioner is allowed. The case is dropped as withdrawn and closed.
