          The IA/344/2020 is moved wherein a prayer has been made to fix up a short date of hearing of the application dated 14.2.2020 (filed with the original complaint) . The prayer is allowed and the application dated 14.2.2020 is taken up for hearing exparte.

          This is to consider an application for appointment of Engineer Commissioner to inspect the building,  being the subject matter of the original proceeding and to submit a report by 23.12.2020  whether the building in question is presently habitable or not and to assess the cost of necessary repairing, if any ,  upon consideration of the averments as contained in the body of the application as well as “the schedule for inspection” for determining the question in controversy between the parties involved herein.

Mr. Debasish Aich  is hereby appointed as Engineer Commissioner to inspect the building/property in question and to submit his report by 23.12.2020. The complainant is directed to make payment of cost of a sum of Rs.15,000/- (Rupees fifteen thousand) to the ld.Commissioner before such commission work started  by the said Commissioner.

          To 23.12.2020 for submission of report by the ld.Commissioner.
