Sh. Vishal Kumar Power of attorney on behalf of opposite parties made a statement that as per record of the company, nothing is due against the complainant and no amount of Rs. 6,500/- as alleged in the complaint has ever been demanded from the complainant by the opposite parties. His statement recorded and taken up on the file.

In view of the statement of the representative of opposite party the present complaint is disposed of. The opposite parties are bound by their undertaking made today before this Commission. We have also perused the file and as per statement the claim is already satisfied so the complaint is infructuous. No order as to costs. Copy of the order be supplied to the parties by the District Consumer Commission, Amritsar as per rules. File be sent back to the District Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, Amritsar.
