This complaint has been filed by the complainant against the opposite party under section 12 of the Consumer Protection Act 1986 seeking direction to pay a sum of 1,00,000/-as compensation for mental agony and deficiency in service and to pay a sum of Rs.10,000/- towards cost of the complaint.
Both Counsels appeared and filed Joint Compromise Memo duly singed by both parties which is recorded. In view of Joint Compromise Memo this complaint is dismissed as settled out of Forum. Joint Compromise Memo form part of the order.
