Sh.Harpreet Singh representative of the respondent has produced on record stay order passed by the Hon'ble State Commission. Sh.Ajay Shanker,Adv.counsel for the applicant got recorded his statement that in view of the stay order passed by the Hon'ble State Commission dt.1.4.2015 vide which execution of the impugned order has been stayed, he withdraws the present execution application with liberty to file a fresh execution application after the decision of the appeal before the Hon'ble State Commission. Resultantly, present execution application is dismissed as withdrawn. However, applicant is liberty to file a fresh execution application after the decision of the appeal before the Hon'ble State Commission. File is ordered to be consigned to the record room.
