Order No.  6  dt.  01/06/2015

Parties are present. O.p. filed a petition for dismissal of the instant case along with a copy of letter dt.12.3.15 signed by complainant. We have gone through the aforesaid letter and we find that complainant wrote the letter addressed to o.p. bank stating that the dispute has been amicably settled and complainant has prayed for dismissal of the case without prejudice with regard to the instant case.

Hence, the case is dismissed for non prosecution.

The petition filed by o.p. and the letter dt.12.3.15 issued by complainant form the part of this order.

Let a copy of this order be supplied to the parties free of cost.
