The record is put up by petition is filed on behalf of the Jdr.

The date fixed for this case is pre-poned to 08.06.2022 from 29.06.2022.

Another application is filed by the Ld. Advocate for recall of the order as to issuance of warrant against the Jdr. The said application is registered as MA/101/2022.

The copy of order passed by the Hon’ble SCDRC on 02.06.2022 is filed.

It appears from the aforesaid order that this execution proceeding has been stayed by the Hon’ble SCDRC till 21.02.2022. As such the warrant issued on 17.11.2021 with direction to O/C of Rajarhat Police Station for arrest of Debasish Biswas should be kept as abeyance until 21.10.2021. The O/C of concerned P.S. is directed to not execute the warrant till 01.11.2022.
