ORDER:  

                                    Today the case was fixed for filing reply to the application for dismissal of the complaint filed by the opposite parties for jurisdiction of this Hon’ble Commission and not maintainable as well as consideration on statement dated 25.8.2022.

                                    Reply to application has not been filed. On 25.08.2022 Shri Sagar Bhatia, counsel for the complainant has made a statement that “I will withdraw the civil suit pending on same issues between the parties of present complaint in the court of Hon’ble Shri Gangan Deep Goyal, CJJD, Faridabad.  Copy of the same has not been filed by the complainant despite availing several opportunities. 

                                    On the basis of the statement of the counsel for the complainant, the Commission is of the opinion that the application filed by the opposite party for dismissal of the complaint is allowed and the main complaint is dismissed.  Copy of this order be sent to the parties concerned free of costs. File be consigned to the record room.
