            Both parties are found absent today on repeated calls. Perused the record and it is found that since long time both parties are found absent. Further it is found that the complainant has filed a “Not press memo” on 10.12.2018 which is pending for consideration of said memo. And since 2.12.2019 both parties are not appearing in the case and not filed any steps to proceed in the case. Hence the act of both parties speaks that they are not interested to proceed further in the case. Therefore, considering the not press memo dated 10.12.2018 filed by the complainant in the present case, the Commission disposed of the case as the complainant does not want to proceed with above proceeding. The case is closed and disposed of today accordingly.
