ORDER NO. 9

HON’BLE JUSTICE MR. ISHAN CHANDRA DAS, PRESIDENT

Ld. Advocates for Complainant and OP Nos. 2 to 4 are present.  The case will proceed ex parte against the OP No. 1.   The I.A. bearing No. 81/2018 is taken up for hearing.  By this application the Complainant has prayed for supply of some information and particulars as mentioned in the prayer portion of the I.A. by the OPs.  Having heard the Ld. Advocates for both sides and on perusal of the papers on record we direct the OP Nos. 2 to 4 to supply the information and particulars as mentioned in the prayer portion of the I.A.   The I.A. is thus disposed of.

Fix 13.7.2018 for filing reply by the Complainant and also for supplying the said information and particulars by the OP Nos. 2 to 4 to the Complainant.
