ORDER

The matter was placed before us by circulation in view of Regulation 15(2) of the Consumer Protection Regulations, 2005. Through this petition, the respondent seeks review of the order dated 15.12.2009 passed in first appeal No. 132 of 2009. On consideration of the same, we do not see any good ground to review the said order. Dismissed.
