Heard. Complaint perused. It is within pecuniary as well as territorial jurisdiction and having requisite fee as certified by the Superintendent. So, complaint is admitted. Notice of the complaint be sent to the opposite parties No.1 & 3 through regd.post whereas notice to the opposite party No. 2 be sent through agency of the fora for 9.7.2015.

At this stage, Sh.Ajay Shanker,Adv.appeared on behalf of the opposite party No.3 and filed memo of appearance. He got recorded his statement that opposite party No.3 is ready to refund the price value Rs. 6800/- of the mobile set in question subject to return of the mobile set in question,original bill, job sheet and accessories in possession of the complainant within 15 days from today. In view of the above statement, Sh. Ajay Sharma, complainant got recorded his statement that in view of the statement made by the counsel for the opposite party No.3, he agreed with the same and the Hon'ble Forum may pass adequate order for the time period for compliance of the said statement.

In view of the statements of both the parties, present complaint is disposed of with directions to the complainant that he shall return the original job sheet, original bill alongwith the accessories in possession of the complainant to the opposite party within 15 days from today and opposite party No.3 is directed to refund the price value Rs.6800/- of the mobile set in question within one month from the date of receipt of the original job sheet, original bill alongwith the accessories in possession of the complainant to the opposite party. File is ordered to be consigned to the record room.
