Even on the second call none is present on behalf of the Petitioner. Dismissed for non-prosecution. On merits also we do not find much substance in this Revision Petition in view of the law laid down by the Honle Supreme Court in General Manager, Telecom Vs. M. Krishnan & Anr. AIR 2010 SC 90 where it has been held that the Consumer Forums has no jurisdiction to entertain complaint relating to disputes in respect of the telephone bills under the Indian Telegraph Act. Dismissed.
