The record is put up to-day on the strength of advance petition filed from the side of the complainant.Copy served on the advocate for the O.P to-day,Learned advocate for both the parties have filed joint compermise petition.As per contain of the petition ,the petitioner stated in the petition to dispose of the aforesaid case in the light of joint compermise petition.

Heard the petition and it is allowed.Accordingly ,the dispute is disposed of as per prayer made by the joint compermise petition of the both parties
