Heard the counsel for the complainant regarding admission.   It is found that the complainant is a company stated to have taken policy on behalf of several employees of certain organization from the insurance company for their benefit and find that the said Company have failed to reimburse medical expenditure of the beneficiaries has filed this complaint in the capacity of the company. The complainant company as stated above has indulged in the business which it is nothing but an agent for taking insurance policies in favour of hundreds employees from the insurance company and transact between them for the commission or benefit out of the transactions. This activity of the complainant in our view is nothing but a commercial activity.   Therefore, the complaint is not maintainable and is therefore dismissed at the stage of admission with liberty to affected beneficiary to file a complaint for relief by themselves
