The record is put up by filing petition by the complainant. Ld. Advocate for the complainant submitted that the dispute has been settled out of Forum and as such complainant is not interested to proceed with the instant case . He prays for allowing him to withdraw the complaint. The petition has been endorsed by the OP with no objection.

When both parties amicably settled their dispute out of Forum we welcome their efforts and in view of the petition filed by the complainant he is allowed to withdraw the complaint.
