-: ORDER:-

The complainant has made this complaint seeking direction to the opposite parties to reconnect/activate Mobile Number 9008008000 and recovery of Rs.50,000/- on certain grounds.

2.       The opposite party No.2 though served remained absent.  The opposite party No.1 filed his version, when the matter was posted for evidence, both the parties through their counsel filed Joint Memo thus:-

“Both the parties above named humbly submits that, in lien of the amicable settlement arrived between the parties, the opposite party No.1 has agreed to give reconnection with same number subject to complainant furnishing the fresh documents before opposite party No.2 and further agreed to pay Rs.3,000/-.  Compliance of this order will be done within 03.11.2011.

            WHEREFORE, both the parties above named humbly pray that the above matter may be disposed off in terms of this Memo to meet the ends of justice.”

Accordingly, the said Joint Memo is recorded and accorded.  Hence we pass the following:-

-: ORDER:-

1. The Complaint is Allowed-in-part.
2. The opposite parties are directed to reconnect/activate the mobile of the complainant in the same No.9008008000 within 10 days from the date of this order. 
3. The opposite parties are also directed to pay Rs.3,000/- to the complainant. 
4. The complainant shall produce the fresh documents to opposite party No.2 within one week from today. 
5. The parties are directed to bear their own costs.
6. The parties are directed to comply with the order as ordered above at serial Nos. 2 to 4 and submit the compliance report to this Forum with necessary documents within 45 days.
7. Return the extra sets filed by the parties to the concerned as under Regulation 20(3) of the Consumer’s Protection Regulation 2005.
8. Send a copy of this order to both parties free of costs, immediately.
