Final Order / Judgement

Today is fixed for evidence. But the Ld. Advocate appearing for the complainant submits that the complainant has passed away and his legal heirs are required to be substituted. Accordingly he files an application seeking substitution of the legal heirs of the complainant, the application is supported by the death certificate of the complainant.

Copy of the application is served upon the other side. The said application is registered as MA/32/2022.

After hearing the Ld. Advocate on both sides and perusing the aforesaid application for substitution we are satisfied that the legal heirs of the complainant are required to be brought on record in view of the death of the complainant. The prayer of the complainant is thus allowed.

MA is thus disposed of.

The complainant is directed to file amended complainant by 17.03.2022.

Let plain copy be given to the parties free of cost as per CPR.
