Present :  None for the complainant

          Sh. Gaurav Chadha, General Manager of M/s.Bajaj Narain Auto Agency appeared and suffered statement that opposite party has replaced the tyre of the motorcycle of the complainant with a new one and the complaint of the complainant has been rectified to his satisfaction and that the complainant has given the satisfaction note to this fact and stated in the satisfaction note that he is completely satisfied and has no complaint against the opposite party. He has brought the satisfaction note of the complaint and same has been placed on record.

          Case has been called several times. But none appeared on behalf of the complainant. As per the statement of Sh.Gaurav Chadha, General Manager of the opposite party, grievance of the complainant has been redressed. Perhaps for this reason , the complainant does not want to pursue the present complaint. Since none appeared on behalf of the complainant, as such, present complaint is ordered to be dismissed in default for want of prosecution. File be consigned to the record room.
