          Sh.Inderjit Singh complainant suffered statement that due to certain technical defects, he withdraws the present complaint with liberty to file a fresh complaint on the same cause of action after removing the technical defects. Consequently, in view of the above statement, present complaint is ordered to be dismissed as withdrawn.
