Heard the arguments of the respect parties. In this case a sum of Rs.1,19,610/- ought to have been paid on 28.12.2020. Whereas as per the order sheet dated 09.11.2021, it was reported that the said amount was paid on 23.09.2021 i.e. 9 months delay in paying the amount for which opposite party is bound to pay interest on that amount @ 12% per annum. Further act of OP made the complaint to approach this Commission by engaging advocate  by paying his professional fee and also spending him time, money and energy  besides suffering mentally, physically and financially for which OP is to pay Rs.15,000/- as damages and Rs.5,000/- as litigation expenses within 30 days. HENCE, COMPLAINT IS PARTLY ALLOWED.
