THIRU. M. MONY, PRESIDENT

          This complaint has been filed by the complainant against the opposite parties under section 12 of the Consumer Protection Act 1986 seeking direction to refund a sum of Rs.30,000/- with interest and to pay a  sum of Rs.65,000/- towards deficiency in service and mental agony and Rs.3,000/- towards cost of the complaint.

       

        Proof affidavit of complainant not filed for long time.  Complainant and counsel called absent for long time.  Hence the complaint is dismissed for default.  No cost.
