                                                                        ORDER        

            That the matter is settled between parties out of court and joint memo filed.As per settlement the first opposite party offered Rs  45000/- and the complainant is agreed for  the same .First  opposite party agreed to pay the above sum within two months from 27-11-2015 and in default the first opposite party has to pay 8% per anum as interest from the date of order. Therefore as per the above compromise the complainant is allowed directing the opposite party to pay Rs.45000/- to the complainant within 2 months from today failing  which Rs 45000/- will fetch an interest @ 8% per annum from the date of order  till realization.

            The joint memo filed will form part of this order.
