| Final Order / Judgement | Order No. 03 Date. 10.03.2021 Record is put up for order on the point of admission. The matter was heard on 03.03.2021. Perused the consumer complaint coupled with its document annexed thereto. On perusal of the consumer complaint, it appears that complainant lodged insurance claim of Rs.76,41,161/ - to the OPs but the OPs settled the insurance claim to the tune of Rs.13,11,879/- and the complainant has received such amount from the OP-1 as insurance claim. Therefore, they are debarted from claiming any further claim amount from the OPs. In view of the foregoing observation, we are not inclined to entertain the consumer complaint. Hence, ORDERED That the consumer complaint is not admitted in dismissed in limini. In view of non admission of the consumer complaint, the Miscellaneous Application is not tenable and rejected. Thus, MA being No. 244 of 2021 is disposed of. | |
