Today is fixed for filing copy of newspaper.

The Ld. Advocate appearing for the complainant files an application for permission to publish notice in either Aajkal or in Pratidin instead of Anand Bazar Patrika or Bartaman. The said application is registered as MA/247/2022 and taken up for hearing. After hearing the Ld. Advocate and adverting the contends of the publication we see that the prayer as made on behalf of the complainant cannot be allowed as Anand Bazar Patrika or Bartaman are the only notified newspapers under which such publication is required to be made. Such being the position the prayer calls for no action and the said MA/247/2022 stands dismissed.

As such, 30.01.2023 is fixed for filing copy of newspaper. The Ld. Advocate of the complainant is directed to publish notice in either Anand Bazar Patrika or Bartaman and to file the copy of such publication of notice on the next specified date.
