After passing the order the complainants appear with his Ld. Advocate on record. It is submitted by the Ld. Advocate for the complainants that the complainants intend to not press the instant Consumer Complaint and they prayed for liberty to file fresh complaint. An endorsement “Not pressed” is made by the complainants on the complaint petition. Heard considered. No SRs.

Hence, the Consumer Complaint being No. 32/2023 is rejected on being “Not Pressed” by the complainants under their dated signature.

However, the complainants are at liberty to file afresh on the same cause of action if so advised, and if not, otherwise barred by law.

Record of the case need not be placed in Ejlash on 08.02.2024.
