ORDER NO. 3

One Mr. Pravat Sen appears on behalf of the sole Respondent by filing a Letter of Authority.  None appears for the Revisionist.  The Misc. Application bearing No. MA/1005/2016 is taken up for hearing.  It is submitted on behalf of the Respondent that the copy of the Revision Petition and its annexures have not been supplied to the Respondent.  It appears that one envelope containing notice sent by registered post to the Respondent has returned with the postal endorsement ‘Not claimed’.  Let the papers contained in the said envelope be given to the authorised representative for the Respondent.  The Misc. Application is thus disposed of.  To date, i.e. 17.11.2016, for hearing of the Revision Petition and filing of BNAs.  Interim order of stay already passed will continue till the next date.
