D/hr is present on calls and files hazira.  D/hr files a petition praying to withdraw the execution appeal being no. 39/2016 on the ground that she received a sum of Rs. 90,000/ in total from the J/dr. as full and final satisfaction.  She has no further allegation against the J/dr. If the J/drs. are released on bail /acquitted from this case she has no objection. She also files a money receipt of Rs. 90,000/-.

On interrogation D/hr submits that due to her age she is not capable to proceed the case further.

Hearing the Ld. Advocate of both side and perusing the case record this commission is in the opinion to drop the Execution Appeal no. 39/2016 on full and final satisfaction.
