| Final Order / Judgement | Order No. 12 Ld. Pleader Commissioner is present and files report along with copy of IGR. Neither the complainant nor his Advocate is found present. It may be pointed out that when Ld. Advocate Naznin Begum being the Ld. Advocate Commissioner already submitted her report in connection of the registration of the deed in question along with photocopy of IGR and another copy of connected paper relating to that, in that event, complainant made himself absent for the reason best known to him. But when copy of IGR has placed before this Commission submitted through the Ld. Advocate Commissioner, there is no need at all to proceed further with the case. Perhaps, it seems that when complainant got his relief entirely he didn’t care to appear before this Commission. Thus, the instance case is disposed of accordingly.
