Final Order / Judgement | Today is fixed for passing necessary order. It appears from the order no. 7, dated 30.11.2022 that money receipts filed on behalf of the OP showing payment of Rs. 12,00,000/- which was ascertained by the Ld. Advocate of the complainant vide order no. 8 dated 31.01.2023. Thereafter, neither the complainant nor his appointed advocate was present on last occasion. Only the Ld. Advocate of the OP was present. As the matter amicably settled by the parties and full payment has been made by the OP therefore, it is easily be presumed that complainant is no longer interested to proceed with this case being fully satisfied. Hence, it is ordered, that the complaint case being no. CC/44/2021 is hereby disposed of with full satisfaction. Let a plain copy be given to the parties free of cost as per CPR.
