ORDER

The OP is directed to refund the amount of the kettle, and the retort tank to the Complainant amounting to the sum of rupees one lakh forty thousand five hundred along with interest at 9 % p.a. from 3rd November 2011 till its realisation. The OP is further directed to pay cost of Rs. 10,000/- to the Complainant.
