Both the parties are present. A joint petition is filed by the parties stating that the matter in dispute between the parties has been settled amicably out of this Forum and accordingly an amount of Rs.2,22,105/- (Rupees Two Lac Twentytwo Thousand One Hundred and Five) Only is paid by the O.P. to the Complainant through an account payee cheque bearing no.196562 dated 13.12.2016 and prayed for disposal of the case.

 

                                                Perused the petition. Heard. Considered. Prayer of the parties is allowed. Let the Complaint Case bearing No.CC/200/2016 is thus disposed of.
