Case called out twice.  None is present for the complainant.

In the meantime, the interveners Mrs. Saroj Chaudhary and Shri M. S. Arya, who claim to be the President and Vice President, respectively, of the society appear.  They cannot appear in the case filed by some other party.  They submit that the resolution passed by the Society through Mr. Rajesh Puri was wrong and nobody had authorized him to file that resolution or this case.  They want to file the case on their own.  They can file the case as per law.

The complaint is therefore, dismissed for default.  The remarks made against the opposite party No. 1 by the interveners, which have no relevance in this case are hereby expunged.
