O R D E R

 

 

By way of this order, we are disposing off the application filed on behalf of Decree Holder/complainant for payment of Rs.30,882/- on account of harassment of  non-compliance of order of this Forum dated 24.2.2015.  The DH is heard and Forum has perused the order of the Hon’ble and National and State Commission.  An amount of Rs.14,147/- was already paid by the JD to the DH as per order of District Forum dated 24.2.2015.  The Hon’ble National and State Commission has not modified the order dated 24.2.2015 in Appeal or in the Revision.  The order dated 24.2.2015 has attained finality.  Accordingly, nothing is due from JD in pursuance to this order, hence, application of DH is dismissed.

 

 In view of this order, the present execution petition is dismissed as satisfied.  File be consigned to Record Room.
