07.12.2017 :  The Complainant being present before the Forum and filed a petition dtd. 07.12.2017 for advance the case record today with a submission that the parties have compromised their disputes, and also filed a petition for compromise made between the parties duly signed by them. 

Perused the advance petition and petition for compromise both dated 07.12.2017 filed by the complainant and the Opp. Parties, which reveals that the parties to the present proceeding, have settled their disputes amicably out of Court and the complainant does not want to proceed with the case further against the O.Ps.

In view of the above facts, we dismiss the case against the Opp. Parties, since amicably settled.
