Sh.Deepinder Singh, Adv.counsel for the applicant got recorded his statement that in view of the order dt.1.7.2015 of the Hon'ble State Commission vide which the Hon'ble State Commission has stayed the proceedings of the impugned order, he withdraws the present execution application for the time being. Resultantly, present execution application is dismissed as withdrawn. However, the applicant is at liberty to file a fresh execution application after the decision of the appeal by the Hon'ble State Commission. File is ordered to be consigned to the record room.
