Misc. Applicant/Complainant is present through the Ld. Advocate.  Misc. Application bearing No. 1174/2016 is taken up for hearing.  By filing this application the Misc. Applicant/Complainant has prayed for deletion of the name of the Complainant No. 2, Smt. Seema Sen from the cause title of the petition of complaint as the Complainant No. 2 died on 08.11.2016 and the legal heirs of the said Complainant are already on record.  Having heard the Ld. Advocate and on perusal of the papers on record, we allow the Misc. Application.  Let the name of the Complainant No. 2, Smt. Seema Sen be deleted from the cause title of the petition of complaint.  Bench Clerk is directed to do the needful. Complainant is directed to file amended version of the petition of complaint on the next date. Misc. Application is thus disposed of.
