ORDER

The Complainant's case was based on Complainant's self serving statements without any material whatsoever to support the same. Whatever is stated by a Complainant may not always be accepted as gospel truth without any material to support the same. The Complainant has miserably filed to prove the case pleaded by him and therefore the Lr. District Forum could not be faulted in dismissing his complaint.

We therefore, find there is no merit in this appeal which is hereby dismissed with costs of Rs. 3,000/-to be paid by the Complainant to the OP.
